Subscription and payments

How to subscribe to a paid plan, change your card, see your invoices, and cancel — without losing access midway through a period you already paid for.

  1. 1

    Choose a plan

In Profile > Subscription (or on the pricing page) you pick the plan and whether to pay monthly or annually. The annual price is lower than twelve months in a row, and the saving is shown next to each plan.

TipYou can try before paying: every paid plan starts with a free trial, and nothing is charged until that trial ends.

  2. 2

    Pay securely

Payment happens on a page hosted by our payment provider, outside the app. We never ask for or store your card details — not the number, not the security code.

TipIf your bank asks for an extra confirmation, complete it on that page. The plan only becomes active after that confirmation.

  3. 3

    When the plan becomes active

After paying you come back to the app and see a confirmation page. The plan is activated by our payment provider, not by your browser, so it can take a few seconds to show up. Do not pay again — if it is slow, refresh the page.

  4. 4

    Manage card, invoices and cancellation

In Profile > Subscription you open the billing area, where you handle everything payment-related:

    • Payment method — swap your card or update one that expired.
    • Invoices — view and download your payment history.
    • Cancel — end the subscription whenever you want.
  5. 5

    If a payment fails

An expired card or one without funds does not cut off your access straight away. A notice appears with an Update payment method button, and the charge is retried over the following days. You keep your access while that happens, and as soon as a payment goes through the notice clears on its own.

  6. 6

    What happens when you cancel

Cancelling does not cut your access there and then. You keep the plan until the end of the period you already paid for, and the date it ends is shown on the page. Only after that date does the account move to the free plan.

TipChanged your mind before that date? Resume the subscription on the same page and nothing is lost.
