The Free plan and Essencial already include all categories, reports, exports, and shared expenses and goals — ideal for a personal or two-person routine; Essencial adds AI auto-categorization. Complete allows up to 5 members and up to 5 spaces. Family extends all of that to larger households, with unlimited members and spaces.

Frequently asked questions about plans
What counts as a "member"?
A member is anyone with their own account inside your space — for example, you and your partner. The Free plan and Essencial allow up to 2 members in one space; Completo allows up to 5; Família has no member limit.
What is a "space"?
A space is a shared financial context — for example, "Home" or "Porto trip". Essencial includes 1 personal space, Completo lets you create up to 5 spaces (useful for keeping home, trips, and different groups separate), and Família has no space limit.
What are "shared expenses" and "group goals"?
Shared expenses automatically split a cost between the members of a space and calculate who owes whom. Group goals are savings targets visible to the whole space, with contributions from each member. Both are included in every plan, including Free — but how many people you can share with is capped by your plan: up to 2 members on Free and Essencial, up to 5 on Completo, and no limit on Família. What varies between plans is how many members and spaces you can have, not access to sharing itself.
What's included in "reports, trends, and data export"?
The Statistics and Trends pages, with per-category charts and evolution over time, plus CSV export of your transactions. Included in every plan, starting with Essencial.
How does "statement import and auto-categorization" work?
You import a bank statement as PDF or CSV, and iowii automatically categorizes the transactions with AI assistance, including custom rules you can create. Statement import is available on the Free plan; AI auto-categorization is exclusive to paid plans, starting with Essencial.
What does "in-app feedback support" mean?
Today, every plan uses the same support channel: the in-app feedback form, where you can report issues, request features, or ask questions. There's no priority queue or different dedicated hours between plans — it's the same form for everyone.
What does "all categories, built-in and custom" mean?
You have access to every income and expense category already built into the app (40+), and you can also create your own custom categories. There's no "basic" version with fewer categories — every plan has full access.
Are features like budgets, savings goals, and the debt planner in every plan?
Yes. Dashboard, transactions, accounts, entities, budgets, savings goals, net worth, debt planner, financial forecast, payment reminders, notifications, the voice assistant, and shared expenses and goals are included in every plan, including Essencial. The only difference between plans is member count and space count.
