# iowii > iowii is a shared personal finance web app for couples, families, and groups. It tracks who paid what, splits shared expenses automatically, and keeps individual accounts private while shared balances, goals, and contributions stay visible to everyone involved. iowii is not a bank — it does not move money. It is a tracking and coordination tool: users log transactions (manually, by importing bank statements, or via voice/AI assistant), and iowii calculates who owes whom, tracks shared savings goals, monitors budgets per category, and generates spending insights. ## Key facts - Primary market: Portugal (interface defaults to Portuguese, pt-PT), also available in English. - Pricing: a free plan (Gratuito, no card required, no time limit, up to 2 members) plus three paid plans with a 30-day free trial each; the card is charged only when the trial ends, and cancelling before then costs nothing. Paid plans — Essencial (4,99€/month, 1 space, up to 2 members), Completo (9,99€/month, up to 5 members, up to 5 spaces), and Família (14,99€/month, unlimited members and unlimited spaces). Every feature (budgets, goals, debt planner, forecast, reports, shared expenses and goals, in-app feedback support) is included on every plan including Free; AI-assisted features (auto-categorization, AI reconciliation assistant, AI insights) are exclusive to the three paid plans. Tiers differ only in member/space limits and AI access. Annual billing is available on every paid plan at a 20% discount.
